Turtle Alley ships Tuesday through Friday via UPS.
Orders take one business day to be processed. This means that the order will ship out the day following the date you placed your order.

Additional shipping charges are required in the warm weather; this is necessary to cover refrigerant costs. Additionally, if your order is being shipped to a warm climate we recommend expedited delivery (1st or 2nd Day Air). In this case, please make a note on your order and we will contact you with the updated shipping costs.

If shipping outside of zones 1 & 2 during the hot weather months (June-Sept), we highly recommend 2nd Day Air as the mode of transport to best receive your product. Please be warned, choosing standard shipping to zones 3-6 during these months will be at your own risk (i.e. you may receive a "block of chocolate" vs. a "box of chocolate!").
